This course will provide attendees with the proposals that were approved during the ICC 2024 committee action hearings for the 2027 editions of the International Building Code and International Fire Code. The seminar will address specific changes to the fire protection requirements that directly impact design professionals, contractors and authorities having jurisdiction. Lastly, significant changes approved for the 2025 edition of NFPA 13 impacting sprinkler designers, contractors, and code officials will also be discussed.
